NC500

We are located directly on the North Coast 500 (NC500) route, often the first or last stop from Inverness while touring this route.

Stay a little longer and enjoy what our location can offer.  Day trips to the Isle of Skye can easily be made, the bridge over the sea to Skye being less than 40 minutes drive away.  

The start of the Bealach na Ba is a 10 minute drive away – translated to the pass of the cattle, it is the highest mountain pass in Scotland and leads to Applecross.  A drive up the peninsula, exploring the sandy beaches as you go, to the beautiful village of Sheildaig makes for a magical circular drive and day out.
