Availability

Single night bookings cannot be made more than 2 months in advance in order to avoid blocking availability which other guests may wish to book for a longer period. A £10 supplement also applies to single night stays.

Rooms are available on arrival from 4pm until 7pm (although later arrival until 9.30pm is available on request). We ask that guests vacate their rooms by 10.30am. Payment is taken on departure.

Cancellation Policy

In order to avoid cancellation and/or non-arrival charges, please make any booking changes or cancellations ASAP. If you cancel your stay with less than 7 days’ notice we will charge the full cost of your stay.

You can book any of our rooms via our online booking facility, where our terms and conditions are also published. In the event of any discrepancy between policies on our website and on our booking system, our booking system takes priority.

Pets

We regret we cannot accept pets to stay at The Old Manse as we have a much loved cat in our home who gets very upset if any animal dares cross into his territory!

Children

We are unable to accommodate children under the age of 6.
